My superpower is Listening. Listening to my heart, to my business partners, to the candidates I get to help land their dream jobs everyday, etc. Some people think that in order to work in entertainment and to do well in a field like recruiting, you have to be an excellent speaker and someone that loves to talk. As a proud introvert, I've found that it's actually listening that's gotten me here, that's allowed me to continue to do well, and most importantly keeps me sane.
