 Yannize Joshua is an established beauty marketing expert and well-respected business leader within the world of glam, talent management, and production. She has become a go-to leader in the industry, starting her 15-year career at the helm of the marketing department of Indique Hair. Specializing in organic and strategic plans, she recognizes that her duty is to leverage opportunity for minorities in the beauty and entertainment industry by advocating for equal positioning and fair wages. Yannize is the Managing Partner of The TEKNIQUE Agency, with beauty and lifestyle divisions representing celebrity makeup artists, hair stylists, fashion stylists and business leaders. Since its rebranding in 2014, TEKNIQUE has grossed over $7M in sales. A serial entrepreneur, Yannize is also Founding Partner of Bosscon, a company centered around women’s professional and personal development; and Global Beauty Tribe, a digital platform curated for beauty professionals, creators, and enthusiasts of color.

Yannize is a native “Queens girl” and splits her time between New York and Los Angeles.
